Great experience in Camobodia with the best tour guide.

Siem Reap was a great city to visit. Big thank you goes to our tour guide Mr. Sophoan Rath from National Guide, he was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job, We spend 3 days with Mr. Rath and Tuna (our driver) from pick from the airport to our excursions, they were such a great team. Mr. Rath gave us the tour of Angkor Wat, other temples, floating village, fisherman's village, etc. He was very knowledgeable about all the places we had visited. Between Mr. Rath and Tuna (our driver) everything went very smoothly, they coordinated our drop off and pick up areas during our excursions, each time we got picked up they greeted us with great smile, water, etc. we highly recommend him. It was an incredible and unforgettable trip.

Fantastic pilgrimage to angkor wat

it is always great to have opportunity to visit a world heritage site in your life time. mr rath sophaon made it interesting, informative and much more with his knowledge of the place and history. he lived through the recent upheaval. that is a personal connection that is hard to duplicate.

first of all he is a very calm and patient man. we started with 3, then 5/6, up to 11 and down to 8 and back to 10. he helped and assured us that the 2 who has only a single entry visa to thailand got their re-entry visa before we left for angkor wat. no anxiety there. everything happened as he explained.. . there on both sides of the thai and cambodian immigration buildings. he is not responsible for traffic jams and broken carburator that made the drive from bangkok longer.

sophaon is a customer's guide. he adjusted our schedule and places to see with our interest in mind. we had a sick child. no floating market (no commission) but sunset at the wat famous for sunsets. early morning sunrise at the angkor wat. we returned a second time so our recovered sick child and parents can see what they came for. so we skip a couple of lesser wats and spend our time visiting the bat wat and the tree wat.

gorgeous. mr rath just goes along as if that was planned. calm and patient.

we ask for a different bus because the shocks were worn. he called transportation department right away and got another bus to wait for us at the next stop. did i say that he did everything? beyond what you think a guide would normally do?

the whole trip
1. bus pick up and return from hotel in bangkok.
2. personal help at the border crossing
3.round trip border to hotel in siem reap.
4. guided tours for 2 days.
5. farewell lunch. it was US$180 pp. all i can say is thank you.

Great organization, amazing and so kind people!

Cambodia Travel Trails organised our trip absolutely perfect. Driver picked us up from hotel in Bangkok at 3 a.m. with huge, comfortable mini bus (van) so we can take a nap. Border procedure took realy quickly with english speaking guide. We've visited Angkor Wat with Kim and he was really great, funny and have many interesting thing to tell, also he is a great photographer, so we have many funny photos ;-) In the end we've meet Mr Sophoan Rath, the owner. Very kind, warm and trustworthy person. I recommend Cambodia Travel Trails to everyone who like to visit Cambodia, even for one day from Bangkok, its really worth!

Great tour, highly suggested!

Amazing tour that allowed us to visit Cambodia from Bangkok in 2 days. Very professional, kind and informative guide(Sophoan thank you so much!). He assisted is with everything from transfer to visa. Recommended!
