Bangkok to Siem Reap and back

This is a brilliant operation if you are limited on time, for your holiday. A driver shows up at your hotel at 3am, drives you to the border, you meet up with someone who expedites, getting you into Cambodia with all of the required paperwork, next he will lead you to the Cambodia driver. He will drive you the rest of the way to your destination, where he will pick up the tour guide. Sophoan was our tour guide, bilingual, well read and very professional. He answered all of our questions, and brought us to all the best sites for pictures. Before doing all of that, we had lunch at a restaurant at Angkor Wat with a view of it. In total, we're taking to Angkor Wat, and two other temples. We also got to feed monkeys which is pretty amazing in of itself. You'll have plenty of opportunity to get drinks/coffee and use the toilet. If you're American, they accept US dollar currency in Cambodia. Once the tour was completed and we said goodbye to Sophoan, our Cambodian driver drove us back to the border. (On a side note, if you're not used to Cambodian driving it's definitely very exhilarating) you'll arrive at the border and greeted by the same fixer that got you through the first time. He will lead you back into Thailand where you first started. He will get your Thai driver and have them bring you back to Bangkok. You should arrive back to your hotel at around 10 p.m. It's a long day but considering that you get to visit a whole different country it's well worth it. We highly recommend that you take this tour of Cambodia if you are staying in Bangkok even if you aren't limited on time. It's well worth the price and I would pay it again, considering how much they do for you and how much you get to see. Thanks again guys! Joe and Karen

What a Friend!

World Race BKK to Pedang Besar border

Sophoan Rath served my friends and I so well in taking care of our transportation from Cambodia to Malaysia! He is a very clear communicator and made international travel feel easy! I would totally touch base with him again if I ever return to Cambodia.

Bangkok to Siem Reap and Back

We did a tour from Bangkok to Angkor Wat over 2 days in Oct.17. Hotel pick ups / drop offs went smoothly thanks to the drivers and guides. Our guide in Cambodia was Sophoan Rath - all communications via Email with Sophoan prior to the tour were always clear and prompt especially as we made changes to our original itinerary. We found Sophoan to be an excellent guide who was obliging, informative and very knowledgeable. He made our time in Cambodia unforgettable. Our driver in Cambodia was also excellent. We highly recommend Angkor Wat services and especially our guide Sophoan Rath.

Best way to combine Angkor Wat visit with a trip to Bangkok!

We did the BA2 tour with Sophoan Rath back on October 7/8. All communications prior to the trip were with him and he was very good about response time and details. We admit we were nervous about the trip to/from Bangkok -- being picked up by a driver, taken to the border, then guided through the border process (weathered a hiccup there when the guide disappeared partway through the process), then driven onwards to Siem Reap. But it all worked out just fine and it was fascinating/edifying to see the countryside of both Thailand and Cambodia en route. Sophoan Rath was at our hotel when we arrived, with a car and driver, ready to take us on the tour's other adventures. He was very pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and informative and we believe we couldn't have had a better guide! Poan was able to not only tell about the sights we saw, but also add background stories to bring it all to life. He knew when to go places, how to avoid crowds and yet keep the tour from ever feeling rushed. There were no problems on our return drives/border crossing and, although it was a long 2 days, it was a wonderful experience and we would unreservedly recommend this company and particularly Sophoan, to anyone wanting to tour his parts of Cambodia!

Excellent Travel Company! I was with a large group travelling from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Bangkok, Thailand. Mr. Rath Sophoan (the owner) ensured that our travel was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Our group has been traveling a lot over the past year in South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, and his company is by far the best we have worked with out of anywhere we have been in the world. I am so impressed by Mr. Rath Sophoan and his company and I would highly recommend this company for any kind of tour or activity you are looking to do.

Impressed

My wife and I travelled from Bangkok to Siem Reap for a two day one night trip. Mr Rath Sophoan who I communicated via email before our trip was our guide. He organised everything from our pick to drop off but we did have to book our hotel in Siem Reap. A more genuine and interesting person you could not meet. Nothing was too much bother, very flexible if we wanted to change things around a little bit. I would encourage people to use Mr Rath Sophoan you will not be disappointed.
